Learn your role.Understand the team.

“Working alongside engineers and QA in one project changed how I write requirements. I left with feedback I could actually act on.”

“The two weeks felt like a real sprint, not a course. Shipping a feature with a full team taught me more than months of tutorials.”

“Mentors from other roles reviewed my work every step of the way. I finally understand how quality fits into the whole delivery.”

“Short, focused, and practical. The individual feedback session at the end gave me a clear plan for what to learn next.”

“I joined to understand delivery better and left understanding the people behind it. The cross-role perspective is the real value.”
